New York Times + British Empire Medal (BEM) Award

In Her New Year 2018 Honours List, Her Majesty The Queen graciously awarded Sabra, the British Empire Medal (BEM) in recognition of her services to The Actor’s Gang Prison Project in Los Angeles, for services to the arts and prison reform.

The Award reception was hosted by British Consul General, Michael Howells, on May 3 with a ceremony to officially present the award in honor of Sabra Williams BEM.
